Kathleen A. McDonald
Kathleen A. “Kathy” McDonald, 63, Bremen, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at home surrounded by her loving family.
Kathy was born on Oct. 26, 1953 in Plymouth to Donald and Delores Rottmiller. Kathy worked in the accounting department of Zimmer and Fairmont until recently when her health no longer allowed her to work. Kathy will be fondly remembered for her love of her cats and animals. She enjoyed crafts and embroidery and made many handmade treasures for her family and friends. On July 10, 2003 Kathy became the bride of Darwin McDonald in a ceremony in Bremen, Indiana he survives.
Kathy is survived by her loving husband, Darwin of Bremen; daughter, Tracy and Lawrence Robinson of South Whitley; son, Eric Brown of Indianapolis; sister, Karen and David Long of Atwood; brothers, Gale and Vicki Rottmiller of Rochester; two grandchildren, Jilana Carter-Brown and Kaiden Barnhart. Kathy is preceded in passing by her parents.
The Deaton-Clemens Funeral Home is caring for the McDonald family. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 31 in the Deaton-Clemens Funeral Home, 115 S. Main Street Bourbon, Indiana 46504 with Chaplain Neil Davis of Hospice and Palliative Care officiating. Burial will be in the Tippecanoe Cemetery.
A time of visiting with the McDonald family will be held on Tuesday, May 30 in the Deaton-Clemens Funeral Home from 4 to 7 p.m.
