WARSAW — Mayor Thallemer visited Jefferson Elementary School last week. Thallemer shared with the third grade students about the importance of community and explained his role in our community.

The students have been learning about the departments of local government and were excited to meet Mayor Thallemer. They had a chance to ask him questions about his role in our community.

Thallemer described the different departments in our local government and explained how he works with them to impact our community. He challenged the students to have an impact on their own communities.
