‘More Power To Kosciusko County’ At 2017 KREMC Annual Meeting
WARSAW — A crowd of nearly 1,200 Kosciusko REMC members and their families filled Warsaw Community Church on Saturday, April 29, for the electric cooperative’s 78th annual meeting. The co-op has been working hard to empower this community and the individuals in it through it’s “More Power to Ya!” campaign. The meeting on Saturday was no exception.
KREMC president and CEO Bruce Goslee spoke about what is ahead for the cooperative and its members. He addressed renewable energy, member service and upgrades to the infrastructure. The primary item on the agenda was the election of directors. Steve Miner, Terry Bouse and Rick Parker were all elected to serve another three year term.
Members had the opportunity to hear special guest, Easton West, perform acoustic songs live. The children’s program featured Super Heroes with a message of empowerment to the children.
“I believe the voice of our members was heard today and I’m looking forward to what is in store for KREMC,” said Goslee.
Kosciusko REMC is a Touchstone Energy® electric cooperative serving over 18,000 accounts throughout Kosciusko County and into surrounding counties.
