NORTH WEBSTER — One of the three men initially arrested for a North Webster armed robbery on April 11 has had his charges dismissed.
Judge Michael Reed signed the dismissal documents for Daniel Edgar, 30, Topeka, on Monday, April 17. The documents filed state, “The court being duly advised in the premises, does now grant the Motion and orders that the above-captioned cause be and is hereby dismissed.”
The Kosciusko County S.W.A.T. team and sheriff’s deputies located Edgar, 30, Topeka around 4 p.m. on April 11 and took him into custody without incident. Edgar was arrested and preliminarily charged with felony robbery with a deadly weapon. Due to the dismissal, those charges are now dropped.
Both Jesse James Roberson, North Webster, and Cody Stuckman, North Webster, remain in custody at the Kosciusko County Jail with charges pending for the armed robbery.
No information was available pertaining to the reasons behind the dismissal.
