NORTH WEBSTER — The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department is currently investigating an early morning armed robbery at a North Webster residence.
Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Deputies responded at 5:29 a.m. to the location of 8915 East, County Road 500 North, North Webster, after receiving a 9-1-1 call of an armed robbery at the residence. Officers arrived and met with the home owners who stated that two male subjects entered into the house, armed with a long gun and demanded entry into the gun safe. The victims stated that both of the suspects were wearing all black clothing and mask, and that one of the suspects was approximately 5’8” in height, thinly built.
K.C.S.D. detectives stated that the suspects removed several handguns and long guns, prescription medication, cash and jewelry from the residence. They then fled the location in an unknown vehicle, possibly towards State Road 13.
