Leesburg School Alumni Banquet Set For May 13
LEESBURG — Graduates, school attendees and friends of Leesburg High School, mark your calendar for this year’s Alumni Banquet set for Saturday, May 13.
This will be the first year of the Leesburg/Oswego High School Alumni that will not celebrate a 50 year graduating class. The last graduating class was 1966 and a Grand Celebration of 100 years of the Leesburg School was held in 2016 at the Maple Leaf Farms World Headquarters, now located in the former Leesburg School.
This year the banquet will be held at the Leesburg Grace Brethren Church on Saturday, May 13. A time of visitation will be take place from 3 to 4 p.m., with a catered dinner at 4:30 p.m. Tickets are $15. Call or e-mail your classmates and plan to come and reminisce. Bring photos and mementos. Classes to be honored will be the Classes of 1962, 1957, 1952, 1947 and 1942.
The Leesburg/Oswego Alumni Association is interested in preserving the past and future of school history in Leesburg School.
The church is located just across from the Leesburg Community Building, to the south. The address is 101 W. School St., Leesburg, IN 46538.

Reservations will be accepted until April 28. Graduates and friends of Leesburg Schools are most welcome. If you cannot attend, letters and or donations are welcome to support continuing the annual alumni banquet.
