DOROTHY PRISER
“On March 24, in the Year of Our Lord 2017, our mom, Dorothy Priser, at the age of 89, having received new orders from her faithful Savior, departed this earthly realm and joined herself to that waiting heavenly host of friends and family.”
Dorothy Priser, 89, Warsaw, passed away Friday, March 24, 2017.
She was born Oct. 18, 1927 in Richmond, Indiana to William and Helen (Baker) Katte. Dorothy was a graduate of Richmond High School. On March 7, 1943 she married Joseph C. Priser. Dorothy lived in Warsaw most of her life. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Warsaw. She worked as a teller at Lake City Bank, Warsaw, for 30 years.
Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Bonnie (Tom) Webb, Leesburg; two sons, Bruce (Jama) Priser, Lake Odessa, Mich.; and Stephen Priser, Mount Vernon, Wash.; seven grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and a brother, Richard Katte, Warsaw.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe C. Priser, who passed away on Oct. 1, 1999; and two sisters, Carol Barton and Jane Ann Massie.
There will be a private family service at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
