NORTH WEBSTER — At 1:25 p.m. Tuesday, March 14, Kosciusko County Sheriff responded to a head-on collision at East CR 450N, just east of EMS B38 Lane, North Webster.

Driver Kristin H. Lindley, 25, Pierceton, was westbound on CR 450N when she took a sharp curve. She left the roadway before returning to the road and colliding head on with an eastbound vehicle, a red 2013 Focus belonging to Jacqueline L. Hazelet, 68, Warsaw.

Lindley advised that the vehicle, a 2004 Oldsmobile, is registered in her husband’s name and does not have insurance due to him being incarcerated.

Hazelet was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital.
