March 10 — Omar Antonio Castillo-Lira, 30, South Bend, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated – endangering a person and OWI controlled substance.

March 10 — Sidney Lynn Miller, 21, Warsaw, arrested for a warrant through Kosciusko County. A search of her vehicle resulted in locating a syringe and a plastic baggie that tested positive for heroin. She also had two additional syringes and a small amount of marijuana in her clothing.
