Trial For Bronson, Soto On Hold
ELKHART — A six-day jury trial, for Keven Bronson and Mark Soto, has been put on hold.
The trial was scheduled to commence April 11 through April 13 and continue April 18-21. However due to matters in the jury trial of C. Aaron Rovenstine, Special Judge Evan S. Roberts and his court staff will be unavailable.
Roberts has set noon Friday, March 10, for a telephonic status conference to address a new trial date, plea bargain deadline and final status conference.
Rovenstine’s trial is set to begin April 3 and continue through April 21.
Bronson is charged with three counts of corrupt business influence, C felonies and seven counts of intimidation, D felonies.
Soto has been charged with three counts of corrupt business influence , C felonies and three counts of intimidation, D felonies.
All three men were indicted by a Kosciusko County grand jury Feb. 29, 2016.
