WINONA LAKE – Braxton Linville and Erik Bowen earned recognition on the postseason All-Crossroads League Team, released Thursday.
Bowen was named Third Team All-League, and Linville appeared on the All-Freshman Team.
Bowen finished the regular season as the rebounding champion in the league, producing 9.1 boards per game to go along with a team-high 14.3 points per game. Bowen shot 50 percent from the floor and tallied 2.4 assists per game to rank second on the team.
Bowen’s 10 double-doubles were second-most in the league.
Linville was voted as one of the top freshmen in the league. He produced 8.6 points per game on 49 percent shooting. His 4.6 assists per game led Grace and ranked fourth-highest in the league. For the year, he racked up 135 assists to just 74 turnovers during the regular season.
The Lancers are focused on the competing at the 2017 NCCAA National Championships. Grace will play in the regional tournament before hosting NCCAA Nationals from March 15-18.
