Cheryl M. Eldridge, 65, North Manchester, passed away at 1:55 p.m. Monday, Jan. 30, 2017 in Lutheran Hospital of Indiana, Fort Wayne.
On Aug. 30, 1951, she was born in Sidney, Ohio to Orland and Phyllis (Alsip) Ludwig. She was united in marriage to Mitchell Eldridge, on July 6, 1970 in Tazwell, Tenn., who survives.
Living in North Manchester for the past four years, Cheryl was formerly a resident of Kosciusko County. She worked for Passages, Columbia City, as a respite coordinator for fourteen years,
She is survived by her husband, Mitch Eldridge, North Manchester; her daughter, Michelle Eldridge, North Manchester; four sons, Mitch Eldridge Jr., Logansport, Shane Eldridge, Warsaw, Scott Eldridge, North Carolina and Marc Eldridge, Sweetwater, Tennessee; two brothers, Max Ludwig, Aurora, Illinois, Tommy Ludwig, Sidney, Ohio; her step sister, Peggy Kerentsew, Perry, Georgia and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 3, in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw with Pastor Dave Stevens officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
Visitation will be from 10–11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 3 in the funeral chapel.
