A Night of Unpredictable Comedy January 27
WARSAW — Local Warsaw residents are hosting a “Night of Unpredictable Comedy” at Tourmaline Event Space at 9 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 27 featuring local stand-up comics, improv and more.
This event is an initiative to provide low-cost comedy entertainment to residents in the Warsaw area, as well as an opportunity for local comedy artists to share material.
The event will feature performances from local stand-up comedians, Cody Streasick and Kevin Lipsey; both comedians performed at a previously organized comedy night and are looking forward to the opportunity to perform in Warsaw once again. Improvisers will then act out scenes, based on these never before seen stand-up performances.
The performances are not the only unpredictable part of the night—admission will be unpredictable too as the affordable event could cost anywhere between $1 and $6 for attendees. Each attendee will be given the opportunity to roll a single die and pay the dollar amount he or she rolls. Attendees can also opt out of rolling the dice and pay a flat admission rate of $4. All funds collected will be used toward covering event and venue costs.
The comedy night is BYOB and other concessions will be available. Seating is first come, first served. Tourmaline Event Space is located at 208 South Buffalo Street in downtown Warsaw. For more information or to get involved, contact Eric Totheroh at [email protected].
