Evelyn K. Clay
Evelyn K. Clay, 81, Warsaw, died at 3:50 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2016, at Peabody Retirement Community, North Manchester.
She was born June 29, 1935, in Danville, Ill. to Walter and Zola (Hom) Green.
A resident of Warsaw for the past 25 years she was a nurse’s aide for Mason Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Warsaw for 15 years. She was a member of Claypool United Methodist Church and their United Methodist Women as well as a member of the Salvation Army Auxiliary.
She is survived by her daughter, Kathy (Gary) Breske, Silver Lake; two grandsons, David Breske, Warsaw; Robert Breske, Warsaw; one great grandson, Wyatt Breske; one sister-in-law, Leatha McMains, Hoopston, Ill.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Robert Thomas Green, Charles Green, Eugene Green; and two sisters, Loretta Green, Virginia Mae Jenkins; as well as her parents.
A visitation will be held from 3-5 p.m. Dec. 23 at Titus Funeral Home.
No services are planned at this time.
