Man Arrested For Becoming Violent With Woman After He Urinated On Son’s Bed
PIERCETON — A man was arrested after he became violent with a woman who questioned him for urinating on her son’s bed.
Christopher Wiggs, 33, 6913 E. South Barbee Drive, Pierceton, is being charged with domestic battery with a child under 16 present, a level 6 felony; and domestic battery, a class A misdemeanor.
On Nov. 26, an officer with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department responded to a domestic dispute in Pierceton. Upon arrival, the victim advised that she observed Wiggs urinating on her son’s bed.
The last thing the victim remembers after asking Wiggs what he was doing, is that she was on the floor experiencing pain to her face. The officer observed and photographed a red mark on her cheek and red marks on her back.
Officers spoke with a child in the home who advised the victim and Wiggs had been arguing. The child observed Wiggs push the victim to the floor and hit her on the back.
When Wiggs realized that the child had called 911, he packed his personal items and left the residence.
Wiggs was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail with a $5,250 surety and cash bond.
