Crossroads Bank has an opening for a Customer Service Representative in Syracuse, Indiana. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year banking experience, excellent organizational and inter-personal skills. This position will understand and be able to explain the features and benefits of our deposit accounts, open accounts; checking, savings, CDs, Health Savings, IRA’s, originate and close consumer installment loans, and overdraft LOC. Manage customer accounts: overdrafts, refunds, cross sell, non-interest expense and income to the most profitable opportunity. This position will back up the teller line as needed.
