Wendell G. ‘Tony’ LaFevor — UPDATED
Wendell G. “Tony” LaFevor, 78, Warsaw, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2016 at his home.
He was born Dec. 13, 1937 in Fort Wayne to Louis and Laura (Fritz) LaFevor.
He graduated from Arcola High School and was a lifetime Allen & Kosciusko County area resident. He was formerly employed at the Tokheim Corporation in Fort Wayne, American Hoist Company in Fort Wayne, and Walmart in Columbia City.
He was a member of the Shepherd by the Lakes Lutheran Church in Syracuse, a car enthusiast, and an avid fisherman.
He is survived by his sister, Wauneta (Bill) Perse, Fort Wayne; his brother, Ken (Sharon) LaFever, Auburn; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded by his parents and brother, Roger LaFevor.
Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd. 15, Warsaw. No public visitation or services will be held at this time. Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd 13 & CR 500N, North Webster is in charge of arrangements.
