Warsaw Man Deals Meth From Home With Three Children Present
WARSAW — A Warsaw man was arrested for dealing meth from his home with three children present in the home at the time of the deal.
Shane Dale Cox, 38, 218 Argonne Road, Warsaw, is being charged with count I dealing methamphetamine, a level 4 felony, and count II possession of methamphetamine, a level 6 felony.
According to an affidavit of probable cause, on Sept. 26, Cox sold four bags of meth in exchange for $200 to an individual. The deal took place in Cox’s residence.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, three children were at the home during the exchange.
Cox was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail on Nov. 1, on a bond of $15,250 surety and cash.
