Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:
- 6:03 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, 1900 block North CR 850, Pierceton. Randy S. Bowman reported the theft of a grill and television from his campground home.
- 6:17 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, 200 block Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw. Brent Eon Rapsavage reported criminal mischief to his home involving a firearm.
- 6:48 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 16, 200 block West Main Street, Warsaw. Richard Keith Miller reported a fraud.
- 10:24 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 16, 3700 block North Barbee Road, Warsaw. Larry D. Lindstrom reported criminal mischief.
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- 11:37 a.m. Friday, Oct. 14, 400 block West Pike Street, Warsaw. Eric Michael Sasso reported damage to his residence and rear driver side tire.
- 9:37 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, 300 block West Main Street, Warsaw. David E. Saint reported a stolen bicycle.
- 2:21 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, 3100 block Frontage Road, Warsaw. Aaron Ray Julian reported criminal mischief to his vehicle.
- 6:57 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 16, 600 block West CR 300N, Warsaw. Officials at Petsmart reported an attempted burglary.
- 2:23 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 16, 600 block North Lake Street, Warsaw. A female reported a residential entry and battery with bodily injury.
- 3:29 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 16, 500 block West CR 300N, Warsaw. Mark P. Schneider reported criminal mischief to his vehicle.
- 6:02 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 16, 1300 block Green Hill Drive and Michaels Street, Warsaw. Tamsma E. Apted recovered a stolen license plate.
- 11:39 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 16, 700 block East Market Street, Warsaw. James J. Woodcox reported criminal mischief to his vehicle.
Bourbon
Officers with the Bourbon Police Department investigated the following incident:
- 4:55 a.m. Friday, Oct. 14, SR 331 and 9B Road. Bourbon Police Officer Matt Geiger stopped a vehicle speeding 78 miles per hour in a 55 mph zone on SR 331 at 9B Road. The driver, Preston A. Hensley, Plymouth, was found to be a habitual traffic violator. He was booked in the Marshall County Jail and held on $1,500 cash bond.
