Boys Soccer Regionals: Concord, West Noble Earn Titles
Concord and West Noble were among 16 teams across the state of Indiana to win a regional title in boys soccer Saturday.
In the Class 2-A tournament, Concord and West Noble each needed late goals to land their titles.
