Houston Dentist Shoots Flasher
HOUSTON, TEXAS — A dentist in Houston shot a man who police say flashed him and his employees.
Police say the man walked into the office Tuesday afternoon, Oct. 11, and exposed himself.
The man then chased the dentist and his employees into the parking lot. He charged at the dentist, who pulled out a gun and shot him once in the stomach.
The man was taken to the hospital and is recovering after surgery.
Witnesses say he appeared to be under the influence of drugs.
“The dentist ran all the way around,” said Sgt. James Holcomb with the Houston Police Department. “Got back to the front and said the guy tried to rush him. He said he had no other choice but to shoot. He discharged once, hitting him in the right abdomen.”
