Dennis Lee Pinkerton
Dennis Lee Pinkerton, Milford, passed away at 11:55 p.m. Monday, Oct. 10, 2016 in Syracuse, at the age of 68.
He was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County, Indiana where he worked as a grain farmer. Dennis was a member and past president of Milford Lions Club, and he also was a driver for the Amish. He was a long time hunter and fisherman…Dennis would fish anytime of the year. Most of all he loved his family and will be dearly missed.
He was born Aug. 24, 1948 in Warsaw, to Glenn Pinkerton and Velma (Miller) Pinkerton. On Dec. 14, 1974 he was married to Doralee (Johnson) Pinkerton, who survives in Milford.
He also leaves behind his son: Eric (wife Tiffany) Pinkerton (Milford); daughter: Elizabeth (husband Christopher) Schmucker (Elkhart); and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant brother.
Visitation will be held from 2–4 and 5–8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 13 at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw. As well as Friday, Oct. 14 an hour prior to the service.
His funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 14 at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home and officiated by Jesse Beer. Burial will follow with a graveside service at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Milford.
