NEW PARIS — Bethany Church of the Brethren, US 6, New Paris, will be holding its 29th annual Fall Festival and Hog Roast Dinner Saturday, Oct. 8. The church is located at 19003 US 6, one-half mile east of SR 15 on US 6.
The festival will begin at 9 a.m. with a large bazaar that features fresh bread, homemade cookies, cinnamon rolls, fried pies, noodles, pies and homemade apple butter.
The hog roast dinner will begin at 4 p.m. and will be served until 7 p.m. The cost for the dinner is $8 for adults and $4 for children 12 and under. Drive-thru carry-outs are available from 4:30-6:30 p.m. The price is $6 each.
The festival finishes with an auction at 7 p.m. of various items including a handmade quilt made by the Women’s Fellowship of Bethany.
Horse and buggy parking is available.
Proceeds from the festival will be used for outreaching missions, 65 percent; and the building fund, 35 percent.
