Warsaw Redevelopment Approves Claims, Discusses North Buffalo Project
WARSAW — In a less than ten minute meeting, Warsaw’s Redevelopment Commission approved three claims, discussed the North Buffalo Street project and presented a recertification for the Technology Park.
All three of the claims presented were approved unanimously. Faegre Baker Daniels was paid $5,274.50, Regions Corp. Trust was paid $750 and Huntington National Bank was paid $950.
Jeremy Skinner, Warsaw City Planner, advised that the North Buffalo Street project was presented to the Northern Indiana Regional Development Authority in September.
“They’ve taken it under advisement,” said Skinner. “Hopefully we will have an answer sometime in October or November. We will see what happens.”
The board was also presented with the recertification paperwork for the Warsaw Technology Park. The certification will last four years and will need renewed again in 2020.
