Warsaw Homecoming Time Warp’s To The Past With Parade

WARSAW — Warsaw Community Schools held their annual homecoming parade tonight, Friday, Sept. 23. The parade will be kicked at 5 p.m., with the homecoming court, band and floats. This year’s theme was “Time Warp.”
Over 26 floats participated this year. Grand Marshall will be Joanna Allison, a retired WCHS teacher. VIPS included Dr. David Hoffert, superintendent, and Mayor Joseph Thallemer.
Friday’s homecoming football game will begin at 7 p.m. and homecoming king and queen will be crowned during halftime.
Following the game Friday night, WCHS will host a bash on the softball field until 11 p.m. This dance is for WCHS students only and a school ID will be required to attend.

- A Greek themed float.
- Members of the Warsaw Baseball team dressed in their favorite jerseys.
- The Warsaw Performing Arts Center float promoted their events.
