- Sept. 19 — Anthony Joseph Fulton, 28, 221 North Fort Wayne Avenue, Warsaw, was booked for probation violation, failure to appear and failure to register as a sex offender. Bond: $10,950 surety and cash.

- Sept. 19 — David Franklin Coppes, 66, 320 West Main St., Warsaw, was booked for two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $10,000 surety.

- Sept. 19 — Myron Lee Slabaugh, 25, 601 Heather Boulevard, Nappanee, was booked for theft. Bond: $600.

- Sept. 19 — Sheri Alice Courson, 54, 101 Warner Drive, Claypool, was booked for failure to pay. Bond: $820.50 cash.

- Sept. 19 — Rick Leslie Kensinger, 35, 731 East Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, was booked for drug court violation – felony. No bond.
