Egg Innovations Unveils New Egg Grading Plant
WARSAW — An invitation to tour the new facility and learn the benefits of Free Range and Pasture Raised egg production.
Egg Innovations, the nation’s largest producer of Free Range and Pasture Raised eggs, celebrates its new Egg Grading Plant with an unveiling and tour of the 43,400 square foot, state-of-the-art plant.
The Egg Grading Plant is the first of its kind with a dedicated tempering room, high-speed doors, energy efficient lighting and insulation, and loading dock staging areas. The plant features a brand new MOBA unit that is capable of handling up to 60,000 eggs per hour. The unit features automated egg processing, grading, and packing with computerized in-line egg wash, scrubber, dryer, crack detection, ultraviolet disinfector, sizing, weighing and sorting.
John Brunnquell, CEO and founder of Egg Innovations and the Blue Sky Family Farms brand, is available for tours. Come tour the 43,400 square foot state-of-the-art processing plant with six loading docks 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 22.
The plant is located at 4811 W. CR 100N, Warsaw.
