The Syracuse Library is highlighting the torch in the wilderness and invites anyone with period costumes to walk with the group. The library is interested in dogs and other animals that might be calm enough to join the parade. Of course, the library staff is happy to assist any people with their float entries for historical accuracy or fashion ideas.
