Other Agenda Items Of County BZA
WARSAW — Other agenda items considered by the Kosciusko County Board of Zoning Appeals Tuesday, Sept. 13, included:
• Mark and Karen Wilhelm were granted a variance to construct a residence on EMS B6A Lane in Tippecanoe Township.
• John Jurney’s petition for a variance to permit construction of a new residence with an attached garage floor below the required elevation on EMS B3AL Lane in Tippecanoe Township was denied. The board felt there was not enough of a true hardship created.
• Shawnika Biddle was granted an exception to allow an auction house in an industrial two district on Southgate Park at the intersection with Country Club Road in Wayne Township.
• Eric Hamman’s petitions for a motorcross practice facility on CR 150N at the intersection with SR 13 in Washington Township were denied. There were remonstrators against the petition and the board felt the business would be incompatible with the area, among other reasons for denial.
• Gary Stanley was granted a variance to permit construction of a second story over an existing residence and carport on Mulberry Street, northeast of Washington Street in North Webster.
• Eric Hernandez was granted a variance to allow the expansion of an existing shed on EMS B40 Lane in Tippecanoe Township.
• Ted and Kim Sherlick were granted a variance to allow a residence addition on Center Street West in North Webster.
• Beth Ann Brubacher was granted a variance to be allowed a residence accessory building to be added onto on 5th Trail, south of Epworth Forest Road in Tippecanoe Township.
• James Wallace was granted a variance to permit construction of residence additions on Rainey Drive West in Turkey Creek Township.
• Niles Noblitt was granted a variance to allow the heating system of a house to remain as constructed on EMS T38 Lane, south of Kalorama Road in Tippecanoe Township.
