Ellen Minerva Peterman, Warsaw, passed away at 9:43 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 8, 2016, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne, at the age of 69.

She was born on April 26, 1947, in New Jersey to Ernest and Minerva Bush. She was a homemaker and widowed in 2008. She was a resident of Kosciusko County for the past 3 years.

She leaves behind two sons: Jack (Kim) Hendricks, Spring Creek, Nev.; Scott Truitt Bluffton, S. C.; one daughter: Sheila (Shelley) Walling, Warsaw; 11 grandchildren: Bryan; Michelle; Brandie; Autumn; Jeremiah; Brendan; Shean; Brantley; Kiel; Jesse; and Marissa; and four great-grandchildren: Levi; Ian; Kyra; and Zayne. Also surviving are her brother: Ernest Bush, Truckee, Calif.; and two sisters: Edna Lemke, East Chicago; Betty Drake, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister; and one son.

A graveside service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 12, at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, and officiated by Pastor Donald Williams. Those planning on attending the graveside service, the funeral procession will leave at 9:50 a.m. from Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw.
