Valentine Arrested For Intimidation With Deadly Weapon

WARSAW — Todd Robert Valentine, 39, East Lynwood Drive, Syracuse, was arrested for intimidation with a deadly weapon.
According to an order for protection, both Valentine’s girlfriend’s daughter and the daughter’s boyfriend filed orders for protection after three incidents with Valentine.
The first incident occurred when the daughter and the daughter’s boyfriend had to get Valentine’s girlfriend out of the house because Valentine was physically assaulting her. Over the phone, Valentine threatened to kill his girlfriend’s daughter and her boyfriend.
The second incident occurred on Aug. 18. According to an order for protection, as Valentine was in his truck, he was yelling and threatening to kill his girlfriend’s daughter and the daughter’s boyfriend. Valentine claimed he was going to run them over with his truck.
The third incident occurred on Sept. 2. According to an order for protection, Valentine chased his girlfriend’s daughter and the daughter’s boyfriend in his truck as they were driving to work. After they arrived at their workplace, Valentine got out of his truck while holding a pipe wrench, and threatened to kill them.
Valentine was booked September 2 with a bond of $10,250 cash and surety.
