Gifted with working with her hands she enjoyed sewing and quilting. Grandma Linda created custom quilts for her grandchildren. She also made gifts of warmth for family and special friends.
To relax, Linda read books of romance. She shared many adventures with Jerry canoeing on the Wabash River. Many summer evenings or weekends were spent catching the warm breezes while riding motorcycles until his accident in 1992. From that time, Linda was the best caregiver to Jerry that anyone could be.
An annual event that Linda looked forward to was taking trips to Maryland to see her sister Cheryl Mattox and special nephew Harold Myers.
