Suspected Plymouth Sexual Predator Caught
WALKERTON — An update from police in Plymouth. They’ve arrested a suspected sexual predator.
Randy Romine, 43, is in jail, accused of exposing himself to a high school student while she was jogging.
Now investigators are trying to figure out if Romine is involved in other similar cases in the area.
UPDATE FROM PLYMOUTH POLICE: On Wednesday, August 17, 2016, at approximately 6:15 a.m. a Plymouth High School student was followed by a male subject in a reddish colored vehicle while jogging.
At one point the female was stopped by the driver of the vehicle and asked for sexual favors while exposing himself.
The male subject has been identified as 43-year-old Randy Romine of Knox, IN.
He was interviewed by Det. Sgt. Jim Cox of the Plymouth Police Department Wednesday and arrested for Public Nudity, a level 6 felony.
Romine has not been confirmed as the same suspect from Walkerton.
