Conference On Citizenship Set For September
INDIANAPOLIS — The second annual Indiana Conference on Citizenship will take place from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 7, and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 8, at the JW Marriott, Indianapolis.
This year’s event is in partnership with the Indiana Bicentennial Commission and will include the release of the Bicentennial Visioning Project’s book on 50 ideas to shape Indiana’s next 50 years. Attendees will interact with project leaders and Dr. Sue Ellspermann will facilitate a session pertaining to putting these ideas into action statewide.
Pre-registration is required. Registration will close Friday, Aug. 26. The cost is $50 per day for general admission. A $25 discount is available to those who sign up for both days.
