Ernesteen M. ‘Tiny’ Livinghouse
Ernesteen M. “Tiny” Livinghouse, 92, Plymouth, passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2016 in the St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Plymouth campus.
Tiny was born Feb. 25, 1924 in Quality, Ky. to Harvey and Ona (Johnson) Anderson. On Dec. 5, 1944 Tiny became the bride of Roy Livinghouse in a ceremony in Tennessee. Roy preceded her in passing in 2005. Tiny took great pride in her family and enjoyed being a homemaker and mother. She also worked in the dietary department of the Parkview Hospital for many years. She was a charter member of Marshall County Modern Maids. And a member of the Evangelical Covenant Church in Donaldson.
Tiny is survived by her children: Sandra and Rod Fry, Plymouth; Glenna Livinghouse, Plymouth; Mark Livinghouse, Plymouth; and Merijo and Leonard North, Plymouth; Tiny was blessed with eight grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren; also surviving are sister’s: Jenell Belcher, Russellville, Ky.; and Nadine DeBerry, Auburn, Ky.; Tiny’s great-nieces she raised, Leslie and Mithi Baylen.
Tiny is preceded in passing by her parents, daughter, Danna G. Livinghouse in 2007, sister’s, Lurlee Anderson and Delvira Chmaj.
The Van Gilder Funeral Home is honored to be caring for the Livinghouse family and wish to extend our deepest heartfelt condolences. A funeral service in honor of Tiny will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, August 4, in the Van Gilder Funeral Home 300 West Madison Street Plymouth, IN 46563 with Pastor Mark Harder of the Evangiclal Covenant Church officiating. Burial will follow the service in the Swedish Cemetery in Donaldson.
A time of visiting with the Livinghouse family will also be from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday, August 4 in the Van Gilder Funeral Home
