Events At The Syracuse Public Library
WARSAW — The Syracuse Library has some special guests this week including Patches the Clown, Rapunzel and Scott Workman. The week begins with an acoustic guitar concert of classical guitar music performed by a popular local musician, Scott Workman, at 6:30 p.m. Monday, July 25 in the downstairs meeting room. He will be presenting some new material during the concert.
Patches the Clown will use balloons to entertain picnickers at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 26. Families that plan to attend the picnic are asked to let the library know that they are coming in order to help the library be able to plan to have enough food.
Thursday is a tea party with Rapunzel. At 2 p.m. July 28 there will be a tea for the last Thursday event of the summer. Children will have tea, read a story and make a craft.
There will be a comedic performance at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 30. Children will be crafting their dramatic skills in a presentation of Little Hut in the Woods. Information about events at the Syracuse Library is available by calling 574-457-3022. Professor Steve is coming for the final show at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 2. Adults will have an opportunity to hear world travelers, Jack and Carol Clark, talk about whale adventures Aug. 1.
