Riley Children’s Foundation grants $10,500 for Warsaw area children
WARSAW — Riley Children’s Foundation, the fundraising organization supporting Riley Hospital for Children at Indiana University Health, has granted $10,500 to family-focused initiatives in the Warsaw area. On July 13, Joe’s Kids, Inc. ($3,500), CASA of Kosciusko County ($3,500), and Boomerang Backpack – Warsaw Schools ($3,500) will each receive grants during a check presentation led by Warsaw Riley Leadership Committee Member Susan Findlay.
The mission of Riley Children’s Foundation is to raise funds statewide and steward Foundation assets for the kids. In accordance with that mission, the Community Grants Program was established to make a difference in communities throughout Indiana. This year, Riley Children’s Foundation has granted $99,500 statewide to focus on initiatives that benefit children.
Riley Children’s Foundation worked with the Warsaw Riley Leadership Committee regarding nominations and to select the grant recipients.
