Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 9:07 a.m. Thursday, July 7, at the 2300 block of Dubois Drive, Warsaw. Pill Box Pharmacy reported a double-pane window was destroyed.
• 5:38 p.m. Friday, July 8, at the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Walmart reported shoplifting.
• 3 p.m. Thursday, July 7, at the 700 block of East Main Street, Warsaw. Randy L. Haddan reported a stolen medicine prescription.
• 10:56 a.m. Thursday, July 7, at the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. David King reported $105.44 in fraudulent charges to Walmart.

Winona Lake

Officers with the Winona Lake Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 8:33 a.m. Wednesday, July 6, at the 1000 block of East 222 South, Winona Lake. Thomas R. Starkweather reported a window shot out in his vehicle.
