WARSAW — Three vehicles were involved in a crash at the intersection of Center and Harrison streets around 6:15 p.m. Wednesday, July 6.
Elenita Rayl, 63, Division Road, Akron, was traveling eastbound on Center Street. When Rayl reached the intersection she believed she had a green traffic light, but wasn’t sure and couldn’t recall what happened after that. Rayl’s vehicle sustained heavy front end damage with airbag deployment.
Logan Brown, 17, W 350 S, Warsaw, was traveling southbound on Harrison Street. According to the accident report, his traffic light turned green so he proceeded into the intersection when his vehicle was hit by Rayl’s. The collision caused his vehicle to spin around and receive damage to the passenger side area.
Lee Ousley, 43, Springhill Road, Warsaw, was traveling northbound on Harrison Street and stopped at the intersection for a red traffic light. Ousley’s vehicle was struck by Rayl’s vehicle after the initial collision, causing damage to the frontend of the vehicle.
