Kosciusko REMC Announces Promotions
WARSAW — Kosciusko REMC finds talent within and announces promotions.
Vicky Patterson has accepted the position of executive assistant and human resources manager for KREMC. Patterson is stepping out of operations where she has worked for 11 years, serving as the engineering and operations assistant. Patterson was promoted to the executive assistant and human resources manager for KREMC recently.
Though there is much to learn in her new role, she is eager to do so and looks forward to working with her new team. “Vicky’s thorough and trustworthy approach has made her a key component to the operations department, I am sure she will be missed,” said KREMC President and CEO Bruce Goslee. “Her dedication to KREMC is appreciated a great deal. I am proud to have her on our staff and I have every confidence in her abilities as she steps into her new role.”
Lourdes Jimenez has been promoted from member services to engineering and operations assistant. Jimenez began her career at KREMC working part time as a member service representative. She quickly learned the details of her job responsibilities and moved into a full time position within a year. For the next five years, she served KREMC members at the front counter and over the phone. In her five years as a member service representative, she became very familiar with the processes at KREMC. She mastered orders, scheduling and service systems. When the engineering and operations assistant position became open, Jimenez was a perfect fit.
She accepted her new role earlier this year and has been diligently learning the vast array of duties for which she is responsible. “Lourdes has shown herself to be very capable. She is a skilled employee and a fast learner. I have no doubt she will exceed our expectations in her new role’” said Goslee.
