Purdue Club Of Kosciusko Announces Scholarship Recipients
WARSAW — Members of the Purdue Club of Kosciusko County are pleased to announce the 2016 recipients of the Purdue Scholars of Kosciusko County Scholarship. The scholarship is awarded to Kosciusko County residents who are in their Junior or Senior year at Purdue University who demonstrate work ethic and academic success, and who participate in community service.
The 2016 recipients of $1,000 scholarships are Ashley Helfers, Abbigael Baum and Emily Harden. Helfers is a resident of Leesburg and a graduate of Wawasee High School. She is majoring in Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences. Baum is a resident of Warsaw and a graduate of Warsaw Community High School. She is majoring in Pharmacy. Harden is a resident of Warsaw and a graduate of Wawasee High School. She is majoring in General Education Curriculum and Instruction.
The Purdue Scholars of Kosciusko County Scholarship is a component fund of the Kosciusko County Community Foundation. It was established with donations from the Purdue Club of Kosciusko County.
