WARSAW — Warsaw-based manufacturer Zimmer Biomet Holdings Inc. has made the 2016 Fortune 500 list.
This list ranks the top 500 companies by their revenue for their fiscal year. According to fortune.com, these companies must be incorporated and must operate in the United States. They must also file financial statements with the government.

Coming in at number 431, Zimmer Biomet Holdings Inc. is among seven Indiana-based companies to make the list this year. It appears on the list among the likes of Apple, Amazon, General Motors, J.P. Morgan Chase, Boeing and many other well-known companies.
Walmart came in at number one, while Burlington Stores was last on the list at number 500. Inside Indiana Business notes Zimmer Biomet’s makes $6 billion in revenue with $150 million profit.
