WARSAW — Ryan J. Prater, 28, 533 E. Market St., Warsaw, has been arrested on a stalking charge following a Jan. 31, incident. The charge is a level 5 felony.
The affidavit of probable cause states July 25, 2015, Justine Davis met with Warsaw Police to file a complaint against her boyfriend Ryan J. Prater. Davis accused Prater of being psychotic and following a disagreement he damaged her vehicle. After she refused to meet with him, he did post the photos.
Copies of the post, along with a conversation where Prater attempted to coerce/blackmail her into meeting with him, were were given to police.
Prater was booked Monday, May 23, and held on $5,000 surety, $250 cash bond.
