The 2016 Mentone Egg Festival will be held on  June 2, 3 and 4. The festivities begin Thursday night at 7:30 p.m. with 50s and 60s music by The Bulldogs in Downtown Mentone. 

On Friday, food vendors, crafts and the flea market will open.The car, tractor, motorcycle and tractor show is scheduled for 4 p.m. in downtown Menton, followed by a silent auction.

The Firemen’s Pancake and Sausage Breakfast will begin the festivities on Saturday, followed by a 5K run and a parade. The Miss Chick and Mr. Rooster and 3-on-3 basketball competitions will take place downtown.

Throughout the day on Saturday, there will also be kid’s games, a kiddie tractor pull, egg toss, cornhole tournament and a variety show.
