WARSAW — Zachary H. Mitchell, 19, had stopped his bicycle at the end of Morton Street when he reported he was either struck by a vehicle or had a severe wreck. He states his bicycle was totaled in the event.
Shortly after the accident 911 was called. Mitchell was taken to the Kosciusko County Hospital emergency room with a severe concussion and he stated seven stitches were placed in his head.
Mitchell declined going to the Fort Wayne hospital for further observation. He was released from the ER at 7:20 p.m. Friday, May 20, and is recovering from his injuries.
