Warsaw – Lake City Bank recently announced that it has promoted Shelly R. Fraley to Vice President.
Fraley, who is office manager of the bank’s Warsaw Downtown office, leads sales and service efforts in the branch, manages the daily operations of the office and handles small business loans. She has 22 years of experience in financial services, the last 17 of which have been with Lake City Bank.
Fraley is a board member for the Kosciusko Leadership Academy and Combined Community Services and volunteers with Junior Achievement.
