He was born in Wabash on June 8, 1972, to the late Bobbie and Evelyn (Robinson) Dingess. He was a truck driver for Cripe Transport for 18 years, and married Amy Jelly on Nov. 20, 1992. She survives. Dennis loved his dog Lilly and enjoyed spending time outside hunting and fishing. He also founded the Sunrise Garden Tractor Pulling Association.
Along with his wife, Dennis is also survived by his mother: Evelyn (Robinson) Dingess, North Manchester; daughters: Brittany (Matthew) Boggs, Warsaw; Caitlin Dingess, Plymouth; brother: Patrick Dingess, North Manchester; sister: Penny Ogan, Ga. He was preceded in death by one son: Kristian Dingess, in 1999, and one brother: Bobby Dingess.
Calling will be from 3-7 p.m. Thursday, April 21, at McKee Mortuary, North Manchester. His funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday, April 22, also at McKee Mortuary, officiated by Pastor Jackie Weaver. Burial will be at Oaklawn Cemetery, North Manchester.
