Commissioners Sign ABATE Proclamation
WARSAW — The Kosciusko Commissioners signed a proclamation making the month of May Motorcycle Awareness Month.
Ty Marshall, Kosciusko American Bikers Aimed Toward Education treasurer, was in attendance at the meeting to sign the proclamation. ABATE is a non-profit safety, educational, charitable and advocacy motorcyclist organization. It aims to promote safety, protect rights and help others.
In other business:
- Ron Robinson, county administrator, received approval to have USI Consulting, Indianapolis, to begin having preliminary work done on extending CR 1300N, from Old SR 15 and up and over the railroad tracks to SR 15, Milford.
- Scott Tilden, Kosciusko County Highway Department superintendent, presented the 2015 annual operations report for local roads and streets. The report was approved.
