WARSAW — Officers arrested Todd Edward Hensley, 46, 3349 E. East Ridge Drive, Warsaw, after Hensley allegedly made threats to a law enforcement officer and injuring another person. Drug charges were also made.
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department responded Wednesday, March 30, to reports of a battery. The victim told officers that he had told Hensley to leave after Hensley had asked him for money. They also noticed a yellow, plastic tube containing a white powder and a spoon, which also had residue on it. Both substances filed tested positive for methamphetamine.
Police arrested Hensley. On the way to the jail, Hensley allegedly began shouting profanities and threatening to attack the arresting officer if he ever met him on the street. Hensley was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail on charges of intimidation, battery with moderate bodily injury, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia.
