Warsaw Softball: Tigers Fall To Mishawaka
MISHAWAKA – The Warsaw softball team ended up on the short end of a 6-0 final to Mishawaka on Wednesday evening at Baker Park.
Senior Taylor Sleeth led the offense for the Tigers with two hits, including a double.
Freshman Grace Johnson also had two hits for Warsaw, which opened its season Tuesday with a 3-0 loss at South Bend Riley.
Senior Sarah Shoemaker also had a hit for the Tigers.
Mishawaka won the junior varsity game by an 18-0 final.
Warsaw (0-2) is off until playing at East Noble on April 12 at 5 p.m. The Tigers then play at Carroll on April 13 before their home opener versus Columbia City on April 16 at 11 a.m.
